1. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no additional shipping or handling fees applied at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders require a processing period before they are dispatched.
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Shipping Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days after the processing period has concluded.
- Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the destination zip code and seasonal volume.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status on the carrier's website.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays caused by severe weather, high carrier volume, or customs inspections (for any cross-border transit) may occur. Captrailshop is not responsible for external carrier delays, but our support team will gladly assist you in tracking your package if an issue arises.
